2025 Terms, Rates, and Requirements:
* $800 per month. $250 refundable deposit.
- $25 off per month for long-term stays (3+ months)
- 2 People included in the rate. $25/person/mo for additional guests over the age of 5.
- Max 2 pets allowed. $15/pet/mo. Must be leashed at all times and owners must clean up after their pets.
* Pad sizes vary: 25' – 35'
* Utilities included: water, sewer, trash & recycling.
* Electric (30A and 50A) is metered and charged to the guest.
* RVs only. No cabins or tent camping available in the winter.
* RV requirements:
- Cannot be older than 10 years old or must be in excellent condition.
- RVs must have proof of insurance.
- Must have full bathroom in RV. Campground bathrooms will not be available.
Amenities include access to our laundromat, retro arcade, fishing pond (fee per fish caught), free WiFi, limited gift shop hours, and spacious grounds!
